The LCG series offers several modular options to adapt to specific mechanical requirements:

Stroke Adjustment & Deceleration

  • Stroke Adjusting Stopper (S): Provides 5 mm of adjustment on one side as standard. Additional discrete stoppers are available for 15 mm (S02) and 25 mm (S03) adjustment ranges.
  • Shock Absorber Stopper (A): Utilizes integrated shock absorbers (e.g., SKL series) to manage kinetic energy and reduce impact.
  • Stopper Materials: Available in standard steel or nitrided steel (T) for enhanced wear resistance.

Integrated Buffer (B / BL)

Protects workpieces and the cylinder during interference. The buffer stroke is available in 4 mm, 9 mm, or 10 mm depending on bore size.

  • Spring Load (ø25): 21 N (Set) / 29 N (Operating).
