Selection and Operational Precautions
- Load Energy: Always verify that the load kinetic energy does not exceed the allowable values.
- Rotation Time: Use speed controllers to keep rotation time between 0.07 and 0.3 s/90°. Times faster than 0.07s can damage equipment, while times slower than 0.3s may cause sticking or operation failure.
- Finger Speed: Adjust opening/closing speeds via speed controllers to ensure repeatable gripping and prevent adverse effects on product life.
- Sensing: The unit is equipped with standard magnets for auto switch installation to verify rotation ends and gripper positions (open/closed).
- Mounting Attachments: When mounting attachments to the fingers, support them with a spanner to prevent twisting and observe maximum tightening torques (e.g., 0.59 N·m for M3 bolts on Size 16)
